The user interface has been implemented for the current stable Folding@home client and most of the data can be extracted from the queue.dat binary file. The FAHView program will not support some of the more obscure and deprecated data.
The next chapter will look at the requirements collection, design, implementation and testing of the integration of the 3D molecule viewer to display an interactive representation of the current work unit.
